Tilly’s Treats is based in the Berkshire village of Bradfield, West Berkshire and is run by the fabulous and talented Sam.  The business is named after her inspirational Aunt Tilly… although her daughter, also Tilly, believes that it is all about her! Using high quality couverture (the posh name for high quality chocolate) and adding the essential ingredient of passion, Sam loves to create chocolates that have not only been described as “truly delicious”, by Michelin starrred restaruant, L’Ortalan, but are beautiful to look at too.

I have worked with Sam for over a year and we met whilst I was attending an event offering Wiltshire Liqueurs. As if by fate our daughters share the same name, and through chatting I discovered Sam could make the fabulous Wiltshire Liqueur flavours into chocolates. A match made in heaven. Sam has such a talent and I am always amazed to try her new flavours and to see how beautifully skilled she is with her presentation. Hotel Chocolat has nothing on Sam, and the great thing is she is local to 'the Shires.'
